The Wharfedale ELYSIAN 2R is a reference three-way standmount loudspeaker designed to offer the scale, authority, and resolution of a larger floorstanding speaker within a standmount format. Occupying a distinctive position in Wharfedale's flagship range, the ELYSIAN 2R incorporates dedicated drivers for each section of the frequency spectrum: a 27 x 90mm Air Motion Transformer (AMT) high-frequency driver, a 150mm (6") coated glass-fibre matrix midrange driver, and an 8.5" (220mm) coated glass-fibre matrix bass transducer.
Low-frequency extension down to 28 Hz (-6dB) is facilitated by Wharfedale's Slot-Loaded Profiled Port (SLPP) bass management system, which vents internal cabinet pressure downward through a profiled plinth slot to simplify placement near room boundaries. Featuring Generation R crossover refinements with high-silicon-iron-cored coils, air-core inductors, and direct-path circuit board layouts, the ELYSIAN 2R delivers wide dynamic bandwidth, articulate bass control, and transparent vocal focus for high-end stereo playback.

- Slot-Loaded Profiled Port (SLPP) System: Downward-firing profiled port equalises internal air pressure into the plinth gap to minimise air turbulence and placement sensitivity.
- Luxury Cabinet Finishes & Matching Stands: Available in Walnut High Gloss, Matte Black, and Lunar Grey with refined matte-black trim details, engineered to pair with dedicated high-carbon steel floor stands.
