Quotations Quotations are valid for 10 days unless stated otherwise in writing. Orders are only binding when accepted by written Order Confirmation or taken face-to-face in our shop.

Inspection & Damage You must inspect Product for defects before signing. Audio Emotion Ltd is not liable for damage reported after signing. Cosmetic damage must be notified within 24 hours.

Ownership (Title) Title passes on full payment. Until then, you must store goods separately and may not modify, pledge, or sell them. We may enter premises to repossess goods if payment is not met.

Risk Risk of loss passes to you immediately upon delivery. Non-conformity must be reported within 7 days.

Standard Coverage 2 years for new items; 3 months for pre-owned (first owner only). Repairs/spare parts are covered for 90 days.

1-Year Brand Exceptions The following carry a 1-year warranty: AURALiC, Auris, Cayin, Grant Fidelity, Melody, Matrix, PurePower, Wyred 4 Sound, Xindak.

Wearable Components Valves: 60 days | Remotes: 90 days | CD Lasers/Mechanisms: 3 months.

General Exclusions Mains spikes/surges, unauthorized modifications, and cases where manufacturer spares are no longer available. Collection/Delivery charges are the customer's responsibility.

Packing Trade-ins You must use original manufacturer packaging. Damage due to miss-packing may result in reduced value or ineligibility for trade-in.

Part-Ex Refunds If your trade-in has been sold during a trial period and you choose to return the purchased item, a credit note will be issued for the trade-in value. No cash value applies.

30-Day Home Trial Available on select items. Goods must be returned by the 30th day in as-new condition at your cost. Trial starts from the shipping date.

Support Period Minimum software/hardware support for EverSolo devices is guaranteed until April 30, 2026.

Vulnerability Disclosure Report security flaws to info@audioemotion.co.uk with serial number and reproduction steps. We acknowledge reports within 24-48 hours.
