The Tannoy Prestige Turnberry GR-OW (Gold Reference) is a 2-way floorstanding loudspeaker designed for medium to large listening spaces. Handcrafted with an oiled walnut veneered cabinet with solid walnut inlays and precision-machined gold-anodized aluminum trim, the Turnberry GR combines classic cabinetry aesthetics with advanced point-source acoustic engineering.
At the center of the Turnberry GR is Tannoy’s 10-inch (250 mm) Dual Concentric transducer. It integrates a treated paper pulp low-frequency cone with a 33 mm (1.3") aluminum-magnesium alloy high-frequency dome compression driver powered by Tannoy’s signature Tulip Waveguide. Capable of managing 400W peak power with 93 dB/W sensitivity, the 100-liter enclosure utilizes a Distributed Port system and Differential Materials Technology (DMT) bracing to deliver deep, articulate bass response down to 34 Hz and transparent high-frequency extension up to 25 kHz.

- Distributed Port Enclosure System: Custom cabinet porting design generates deep, extended low-frequency output while maintaining room-coupling flexibility.
- Hard-Wired Crossover with Treble Adjustment: Utilizes low-loss laminated core inductors and close-tolerance wirewound resistors, complete with front-panel HF shelving controls (±3 dB from 1.3 kHz to 25 kHz).
- 5-Point Gold-Plated Binding Posts: Custom bi-wireable binding posts include a dedicated fifth chassis-ground terminal to reduce RF interference and enhance midrange resolution.
- High-Density Cabinet with DMT Bracing: Rigid particle board cabinet with internal Differential Materials Technology (DMT) bracing eliminates unwanted panel resonances.
- Prestige Care Package Included: Comes with specially formulated Tannoy Prestige wood wax to maintain the oiled walnut finish over time.
