The PS Audio PMG Signature 512 DAC is a high-end digital-to-analog converter and high-definition streamer engineered to redefine digital playback. Powered by PS Audio's proprietary PureStream DSD512 engine running at 22 MHz, it converts all incoming digital signals (both PCM and DSD) into a native 8X DSD stream without decimation or off-the-shelf DAC chips.
The upsampled stream is refined through the SpectraWave 64-Tap Sequencer—a discrete FIR digital filter designed to eliminate jitter, preserve phase coherence, and align musical transients. Signal integrity is maintained by Digital Lens reclocking technology, galvanically isolated inputs, and a fully balanced, direct-coupled Class-A analog output stage with precision analog volume control, allowing the PMG 512 to drive power amplifiers directly.
