The legendary KLH Model Five was first introduced in 1968 and served as the heart and soul of KLH's success throughout the late 1960s and 1970s. At its core was the acoustic suspension design that dominated the loudspeaker industry for decades and made the Model Five one of the best-selling loudspeakers of its era. Re-introduced to build on the original acoustic suspension principles, the modern Model Five utilizes advanced loudspeaker technology, premium materials, and modern driver manufacturing to deliver an exceptional listening experience.

- Three-Position Acoustic Balance Control: Integrated rear switch lets you tailor the high-frequency output to balance difficult acoustic environments.
- Dedicated Midrange & Woofer Drivers: Features a dedicated 4" pulp-paper midrange driver and a 10" pulp-paper woofer with reverse roll rubber suspensions and non-resonant die-cast aluminium frames.
- Machined Aluminium Tweeter Faceplate: Houses a 1" aluminium dome tweeter with a soft rubber suspension for detailed and extended high-frequency response.
- Premium Crossover Network: Built with a 13-component network utilizing high-quality iron-core inductors and Mylar capacitors.
- Included Slant Riser Bases: Each loudspeaker comes complete with its own 5° slant riser base constructed from powder-coated 14-gauge steel.
