The ISOL-8 PowerLine Axis is a power distribution unit (PDU) engineered to eliminate DC voltage offsets from the mains supply, suppressing transformer hum and improving system clarity. Mains AC waveforms can arrive clipped, asymmetrical, or contaminated with DC components, which forces audio power supply transformers into saturation. The PowerLine Axis incorporates a dedicated DC-cancelling network that re-centres the AC sine wave voltage axis before delivering power to five IP54-rated protected outlets.

Housed in a powder-coated steel chassis capped with an anodised 6mm CNC-machined aluminium top plate, the PowerLine Axis provides a non-magnetic, non-resonant mechanical shell. Internal wiring utilises silver-plated copper conductors with PTFE insulation for low-loss power transmission. Available with 13A British sockets, European Schuko, or US 15A configurations, the unit connects via a standard fused IEC mains inlet.
