The DENAFRIPS Aether MCLK is the flagship master clock generator designed for high-end digital audio applications. Operating on the principle that clock purity, phase noise, and low jitter form the bedrock of digital fidelity, the Aether serves as a central precision reference clock for compatible DACs, DDCs, and digital transports.

At its core, the unit houses high-precision, dual Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillators (OCXOs) running at 45.1548 MHz and 49.152 MHz. These OCXOs are driven by a multi-stage linear power supply fed by an oversized, custom O-Core transformer engineered for high slew rates, low noise, and minimal crosstalk. Featuring four BNC outputs (MCLK1–4), the front panel allows intuitive manual configuration of fixed and adjustable clock frequency outputs across 75-ohm terminations.
