Every item that enters our inventory undergoes a rigorous inspection and testing process by our in-house technicians. We categorize our stock into three types:
- Pre-Owned: Previously owned by a customer, fully tested and cleaned.
- Ex-Display: Items used in our showroom for demonstrations; typically in "as new" condition with full original packaging.
- Ex-Demo: Items used for home trials or reviewer evaluations.
