Every item that enters our inventory undergoes a rigorous inspection and testing process by our in-house technicians. We categorize our stock into three types:

• Pre-Owned: Previously owned by a customer, fully tested and cleaned.
• Ex-Display: Items used in our showroom for demonstrations; typically in "as new" condition with full original packaging.
• Ex-Demo: Items used for home trials or reviewer evaluations.

Mint
Visually and mechanically indistinguishable from a new unit.

Excellent
Extremely clean. The item has been handled with care and shows only the slightest signs of use.

Very Good
Looks "used" but has been respected.

Good
Functional, but shows its age.

Fair
Functional, but may have some damage or missing parts.

Yes. For your peace of mind, we provide a minimum 3-month warranty on all pre-owned equipment unless otherwise stated in the product description. Many of our ex-display items may still carry the remainder of the original manufacturer’s warranty.
