Improved vertical dispersion also made the speakers easier to position in a room.

The slots also make the speakers easier to position in a room. Because these speakers were originally designed for engineers to monitor the audio signal behind a long mixing console, the speakers have a broad sweet spot. Off-axis listening is perfectly coherent.

These remarkable speakers deliver Midrange Magic in spades, without sacrificing any resolution in the process.

The LS5/5f is 16" taller than the regular LS5/5.
